For Gas and Heating Emergencies

If you need to cancel or change a booking we will require at least 48 hours notice to do so. In these cases your payment will be transferred to the new appointment date or in extenuating circumstances a refund will be issued. Whilst we will do everything we can to accommodate your requests, changes or cancellations with less than 48 hours notice may incur the full booking fee and not be valid for a refund.

In the very rare occurrence that we are unable to honour or make an appointment we will give you as much notice as possible. We will endeavour to rebook your appointment as soon as we can, keeping you fully informed. Should it not be possible for us to rearrange we will refund your booking fee.

The data that you provide us with to book your appointment is used to contact you, complete your booking, remind you of annual services/certificates via email and to add you to our mailer list for future offers and news that we send out from time to time (you will be easily able to unsubscribe should you wish to).
